Leslie received her B.S. in Psychology from Texas A&M University in 2000 and her MBA from St. Thomas University in Houston in 2004. She stays active with her two children and husband in Friendswood.

Born and raised in Houston, Jordan is very familiar with this great city! Currently living inside the loop, Jordan is knowledgeable in many areas of Houston! Jordan grew up in Clear Lake, graduated from Texas State University with a degree in marketing and has been in sales ever since! Jordan broke large records in her past sales position, we can only wait to see what she does with our team. Drawn by the lure of the sea, Marks and his family relocated to Galveston in mid-2015 and now call the beautiful Texas gulf coast home. As a resident and professional in this coastal region, he is intimately familiar with the unique issues related to coastal living, specifically coastal insurance issues (flood, wind), differing building codes and construction requirements. Marks brings a wealth of experience in home renovation, commercial construction, and historic restoration, valuable knowledge given the amount of older homes and historic buildings on the island.


Clients praise Marks for his positive approach, decisive yet creative disposition, exceptional negotiating skills, and unwavering commitment throughout the entire transaction. He strives to deliver service that surpasses expectations, fostering "win-win" transactions, and addressing all of his clients' real estate requirements.


Marks started his career managing a variety of large public assembly, multi-use and commercial properties in markets across the United States. After 25 years of operating commercial properties, 2012 found him jumping into the world of residential real estate, launching his practice in Las Vegas, Nevada. As you can imagine, real estate, like everything else in Las Vegas, was dynamic and always moving, and he quickly became a top producer within his brokerage.


When Marks is not immersed in the world of real estate, he enjoys playing golf on the island's golf courses, nurturing vibrant tropical plants and relishing the freshest local seafood. Simple pleasures include exploring the island on his golf cart, sunset gatherings with friends and quiet time on his porch enjoying the breeze off the water.

A multi-million dollar producer in both listings and sales for 21 years, Lisa relies on sound planning, strong ethics, persuasive negotiating skills, and the strong support system and award-winning marketing at Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty to provide excellent service to her clients.

Lisa worked in commercial property management for six years in the 1980s prior to making the change to residential real estate sales. Her prior experience gives her a wide knowledge of all aspects of real estate and insight into the importance of property condition in pricing and marketing. Lisa is very conversant with new construction and offers new-home buyers valuable guidance in negotiations with home builders.

A believer in continuing education, Lisa holds the coveted Certified Relocation Specialist, Certified Negotiation Specialist and Certified Residential Marketing Specialist designations. She is very involved in community activities and is an active member of the Bay Oaks Women’s Association and the Clear Brook High School Parent Teacher Association.

Lisa is a graduate of Milby High School. She earned a bachelor’s of business administration from the University of Houston Clear Lake where she graduated magna cum laude. Lisa is married and the mother of two sons, one a recent graduate of Texas Tech University and the other a student at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. When not working, she enjoys activities as a University of Houston Football Booster and is a co-founder of the “Crank it Up Coogs Red Campaign.”
