About Dean Limbaugh
With more than 20 years of experience as a licensed professional home inspector, Dean Limbaugh, has been involved in the home inspection industry, he has performed thousands of inspections. He is a Licensed Professional Inspector (TREC #4599) and an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector #NACHI11102301. Adding further to this knowledge, Dean actively participates on the local level. As longtime member of the Texas Professional Real Estate Inspectors Association (TPREIA) he has served on the board of directors and past president of the Greater Houston Chapter of TPREIA (GHCT). He is currently the director of education (2020) for the Montgomery Chapter of TPREIA.
